I'm always impressed when students from here choose to go far, far away for college. Even if it's in the state, The University of Texas is a long drive from Lubbock. And that's exactly where Derek plans to go. Only school he applied to even. IMPRESSED. I remember when I heard that Torri's sister Kat was in NYC and I about freaked! How cool is that! These little human beings we raise, grow up to be pretty darn cool adults and go off and show themselves unto the world!
