the one where I'm in New Port Beach

I posted a bit on my Instagram stories yesterday, but I’m currently at the NPECA Conference in Newport Beach, California. It’s my 4th trip to Cali in 2022. I’m only typing that to let it sink on as to why my bones hurt the way they do. I’m sore folks! But where else to lay on the ground and stretch then here?
