the one where the Lady Pirates play Canyon on a Sunday

We ended the Lady Pirate shootout with a loss. Yep. A loss. We got spanked by Canyon. OUCH! But I must say, watching these girls each day, getting better and better and working together, and heck...playing BALL! I was happy. They have a lot of room for growth and gelling, but it will happen. They are all working hard. On a side note, Taylor Conley, SENIOR post, suffered a severe sprain to her left ankle. We need her! Of course she will be back playing, we hope soon. But still! It hurts to have her gone even a game or two. That goes for you too, Haley.
