Lady Pirates lose to Wall

We drove to Snyder last night for a practice game with the Lady Pirate softball team. They are in the playoffs, but because we are DISTRICT CHAMPS, they had a bye. They played Wall and lost 2-1. It was a good game for us. They have a good pitcher and Kalyn struck out the first time, as did many Lady Pirates. But after watching her pitch, she figured her out and helped score our 1 run.

Other stuff happened, but I'm not going into details here. It's neither here nor there as it's just a practice game. I'm glad we got to hit a hard pitcher. Makes us realize how our competition feels when trying to hit Boo, our pitcher. Sure glad she's on our side. :)

Love,

Kristin
