Lubbock Cooper Lady Pirates BEAT Levelland

We drove over to Levelland last night to watch the Lubbock Cooper Lady Pirates WIN WIN WIN! It's always good basketball when these two teams get together. We arrived early enough to watch the JV play and I'm so glad! I've been watching some of these girls play since grade school. And I love to see how well they are doing! They won last night and played a great game!

I'm not sure what was going on below but when Sydney came off the bench, Taylor was there to choke her.

This guy was smiling 1/2 the night! I'm always very respectful of the refs. Even when they don't deserve it. Let's face it. Not everyone calls a game right and we've had some doozies through the years.

I smile and say hello. And sometimes during the timeouts, we'll chat up the game and talk about the teams. He told me last night that we looked like a completely different team than we did during the Caprock Classic. I have to agree.
