Wedding Day Info Form

After the wedding, I mail all parents involved a Parent Pack with lots of info so that they leave you, the newlyweds alone and don't bother you with questions such as, "where's my dang photos I paid for?"

All the peeps you love that are a part of your big day! I'll tag them on facebook in your fabulous photos when I post the sneak peek. Also, if you will include their relationship to you, that will be so helpful.

I realize that weddings are a wonderful time for family and friends to be together and enjoy the day! It 's a celebration! As much as I like to remain documentary in my approach to covering your day, we do need to take a few posed formal portraits. They are necessary, but not mandatory. Remember, this is your day, I work for you and only you. It is your responsibility to inform family and friends of your wishes to be photographed with them. your responsibility to let them know where to go and when. Please make sure they are aware so we can start on time. You can estimate 3-4 minutes per grouping. Plan your day accordingly. If you decide to have a "First Look" instead of going the traditional route, these images are all taken together at one point during your day, starting with the bride and groom.

I'm leaving plenty of room here for you to jot down what's going on. Tell me where we are staring photography for the day. Hair? Getting dressed at the church? Anything and everything you think i need to know. If you have a timeline already printed up for friends and family, just email me a copy instead of writing it all again here. OK?
